What we collect

• Bill uploads: the file is sent to our AI processor to extract details, then discarded. We keep only the extracted details (provider, tariff, rates, costs, dates).
• Account data: your email and a securely hashed password, plus any bills you choose to save.
• Technical data: a session cookie to keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Why (lawful basis)

To provide the service you ask for (contract), to send renewal reminders you've requested (consent, withdraw any time), and to keep the service secure (legitimate interests).

Who we share with

Our AI provider (Anthropic) processes uploaded bills to extract information; our hosting provider (DigitalOcean, UK/EU region). When you click a partner link, the partner will know you came from us; we don't send them your bill.

How long

Anonymous results are deleted after 30 days. Account data is kept until you delete your account.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to processing. You can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
